"Pesimo servicio al cliente, en Julio 2025 Cancelé mi póliza de seguro con la agencia de Juan Aguirre en Maryland, ellos continuaron debitando el valor de la póliza durante los 2 meses siguientes. El servicio al cliente para poder solucioar esta situacion fue ineficiente y frustrante, tardaron mas de 6 meses, y no devolvieron la totalidad del dinero debitado.
